But guess what? Tea and coffee contain something called "caffeine." When we have a lot of caffeine from these drinks, it can lead to our stomach making too much acid. And that's not so good for us. Similarly, drinking alcohol, like wine, is also not good for our health. Alcohol is made from things like grains or fruits that have fermented. If we have too much alcohol, it can really hurt different parts of our body.
