Server issues and lack of understanding often lead to inconvenience in obtaining the online copy of the passport. As both e-passport and MRP passports are in use in the country, first, we will discuss how to download the online copy of an e-passport, followed by the process for an MRP passport.

1. Visit the website epassport.gov.bd.

2. After entering the website, log in using the email and password that you used during registration.

3. Upon logging in, you will find two download buttons named "Print Summary" and "Download Application Form for Printing."

4. Click on the "Download Application Form for Printing" button, and the online copy of your e-passport will be downloaded instantly.

Note: If you don't see such buttons, you can click on the applicant's name below, and you will find two download buttons for "Print Summary" and "Download Application Form for Printing."

Sometimes, incomplete applications or power outages during the application process may result in the e-passport application not being downloaded. In such cases, you need to apply again following the same process.

MRP passports are currently available in several districts within the country and at all missions or embassies abroad. To renew an MRP passport online, follow these steps:

1. Applicants who have applied for the Bangladeshi Government's MRP passport online at passport.gov.bd will find two buttons, "Download Application Form" and "Print Application Form," after submitting the application.

2. Click on the "Download Application Form" button, and the online copy of your MRP passport application will be downloaded.

Please note that you can make multiple applications for MRP passports without any problem, but you cannot apply for e-passport more than once.
