3. Clicking on "Check Payment Status" shows "Payment transaction was not found."
4. Even after successful online payment and deduction of money from the bank or mobile banking account, the application summary page and the application itself are not downloadable.

Solving the E Passport Payment Problem:

You can resolve the E Passport Payment Problem through the following steps:

If E Passport Fee Payment is Done Online:
1. If you have successfully made the payment but cannot download the application summary page, take a screenshot of the page or press Ctrl + P on your keyboard to print the page.
2. Check if the Payment status shows "Active" or "Paid" after the payment is made.
3. Take a print copy of the application summary page, the payment proof (transaction document/challan), and all other necessary documents to the passport office.

If E Passport Fee Payment is Not Done Online:
1. If you have not paid online, you need to make an offline payment through the bank using the challan.
2. Take a print copy of the application summary page, bank challan copy, and all required documents to the passport office.

In Case of a New Application:

If the payment is not made or is not successful, you can reapply with a slightly different NID number. After that, when filling out the application, make sure to use the correct name and NID number from your bank account. Bring the application copy, the summary page print, the bank challan, and any other required documents to the passport office.

Important: While submitting the application and taking the photo, inform the computer operator to input your NID number correctly.
